Sara Claire Gaspard

Sara Claire Gaspard has been a Project Manager at SBR Events Group since August 2022. She had an interesting introduction to the world of catering and special events. After watching The Wedding Planner for the first time in high school, she knew she wanted to work in an industry that helps bring people together and fed into her Type A personality. This led to her pursuing her bachelor's degree from Indiana University in Tourism, Hospitality and Events Management.

In the past ten years, Sara Claire has held many titles from Server Captain to Catering Manager but being a Project Manager has been her favorite position yet. She really enjoys the flexibility of wearing many hats.

Outside of work, you can find Sara Claire playing with her son, watching a romcom with a glass of red wine, or trying to find her way around her kitchen. And as little fun fact, Sara Claire expects an MFA in Screenwriting from DePaul in 2023 and hopes to launch her first web series in 2024.
