General Manager for Sweet Baby Ray's Wood Dale

Matt Posiedlik started at the restaurant as his first job ever. At 16 years old, he began his job search, hearing back from Sweet Baby Ray’s, which happened to be blocks away from his home. Matt was quickly hired on as a member of the front-of-house team and over the course of over 10 years, he’s made his way from Line Cook, to Supervisor, to Assistant Manager. 

Matt enjoys his position as general manager because he likes being a leader, creating the schedules for himself and his team members, and meeting new customers! 

In his free time, Matt is father to two children, Emmi and Julian. He is also passionate about working on cars, playing basketball, and watching sports.
