Catering and Event Consultant

Annie Schmidt has recently re-joined the SBR team as one of our corporate and wedding event consultants. Work at SBR seemed destined for Annie, as her mother, Susan,  worked for many years here, as well. She even has a delicious breakfast casserole named after her on our menu! Cumulatively, Annie has been with us for 20+ years and has held several roles within the company, including Executive Sous Chef. After some years away, she is ready to take on a new challenge in the sales department. 

In her time away from SBR, Annie has worked as a full-service event planner and venue coordinator. This expertise proves invaluable now, as she works with our clients, not only thinking from a catering perspective, but from that of our venue and vendor partners. Annie has a genuine way of connecting with everyone she encounters, easing stress and making the planning process enjoyable. 

What Annie enjoys most about the events industry is seeing all the small details coming together in a BIG way! Nothing makes the hours of time spent planning worth it more than seeing a client’s vision come to life. 

Outside of work, Annie is the proud mom of two boys, who she loves to spend time exploring the outdoors with. When she is not at work, Annie puts her passion for fitness into competitive powerlifting!
