If you have catered an event with us in the past 10+ years, chances are you have had the pleasure of meeting Sue Floro. After years of being a stay at home mom to her 3 grown children, Sue began working in the catering industry. 

For 5 years before it was acquired by SBR Events Group, Sue worked for True Cuisine as a server and event manager. We have been lucky and grateful to have her shining personality and extensive know-how on our team ever since! 

Sue enjoys being proactive and making sure all the event details are taken care of from start to finish. She loves watching an event come together and seeing the reactions from our clients. 

In her free time, Sue loves spending time with her grandson, DJ, gardening, bargain-hunting and relaxing on a beach somewhere.
