Catering & Event Consultant

Sarah Ridder is our newest Catering & Events Consultant. Utilizing her background in party planning and project development, Sarah plays a crucial role in making sure our clients’ visions for their events come to life. 

Working in the hospitality industry was not always part of the plan for Sarah. It was not until she took on a role, coordinating extravagant bachelorette parties, that Sarah realized her passion and aptitude for planning events. Sarah has a knack for connecting with clients, and really understanding what they want to get out of their event. She understands the importance of going in with a plan and a timeline, but also knowing that you will have to adapt and react as the day goes on. Sarah has always been a go-getter and an avid multitasker, even going as far as to juggle three jobs at once. Although weddings are her primary focus now, Sarah has also had great experience in a more corporate-focused setting, as she spent three years with the U.S. Peace Corps, researching grant proposals for large projects and coordinating a three-day event with over 200 guests, 

Sarah enjoys working alongside a great team. Having the right people around you who all share the same passion and values makes going to work not only successful, but enjoyable. 

Outside of work, Sarah loves enjoys getting to know the local restaurants and bars near her new home. When she has time to relax, you can find her playing volleyball, reading, or cheering on her favorite Chicago teams – the Bears and the White Sox!
